Required document for applying for a Business debit card

• Organization must be registered as a client

• Employee must be registered as a client at Bank M;

Request for opening a debit card account of the company, application for card acquisition. Including:

• Employee's last name, first name, position

• Employee's identification document /or foreign passport/

• Information on how many cards to link to the debit account

• Other transactions to be included with the card. /enable/disable cash transactions/ 

Yes. It will be delivered within 3-5 working days according to the address information you entered and the delivery is free.

After receiving card, cardholder enter M bank application and go to the card section. Then click on the activate button and use your card CVV code. Set your pin code from inconsecutive numbers on your screen as instructed. After you successfully set your pin, your card will be automatically activated.

Login to your app and click on the card section. Choose 'Update Pin and e-Pin' from the menu. Set your pin code from inconsecutive numbers on your screen as instructed. E-pin will be automatically changed into the same digits as your pin code.

You can unblock your pin code and e-pin code by calling M Help 1800-2929.

If you have an access to your phone: Login to your app and select your lost card. Click on the 'Freeze Card' button and put your transaction pin code.

If your card is retained in another bank's ATM, please contact M information center at phone number 1800-2929 and register your request. After 5-10 business days you can get your card from our customer center located in 3rd Floor, Shang-ri La.

First, make sure the website is secure. If the website is unsecured, there is a huge risk losing your card information to others. Then put your card information in the required field in order to make transaction. After you enter your E- pin code, the transaction will be proceeded.

- Any transaction made twice with same amount,

- Transaction amount is exceeded from purchase amount

If a dispute is on a domestic transaction, the decision will be made within 7-14 days according to the Bank of Mongolia's regulations, and if it is an international transaction the decision will be made within 30-120 days on the response received from the international bank.
