You can order a POS by submitting the following documents and sending your request to merchant@m-bank.mn:

• Merchant cooperation agreement (2 copies), click here to download.

• Lease agreement for the business location or Real Estate Protection (notarized).

Please make a request in person at M Business Center, 6th floor of Shangri-La Office, 605 or by e-mail to merchant@m-bank.mn.

After receiving the customer's full application, the POS will be installed within 2-3 working days.

It is a POS that connected with cash register system  and eliminates manual operations such as typing the amount on the device or having the customer's card read by the cashier separately.

Website integration allows companies that sells goods or services through the online websites to accept card payments.

You can make your POS service request by contacting M Assistant at 1800-2929. For example: POS device isn’t working, out of receipt paper etc …

In cases where a transaction was made with the wrong amount, automatically reversed, or the transaction was successful, but the money was not received in the account, please contact M Help Center at 1800-2929. If a dispute is on a domestic transaction, a decision will be made within 7-14 days according to the Bank of Mongolia's regulations, and within 30-120 days if it is an international transaction, based on the response received from the international bank.
