Additional requirements
Loan applicant
• Applicants must be a citizen of Mongolia, 18 years of age, and have full legal capacity.
• Applicants must have a minimum of one year of employment with their current employer. If self-employed, they must have been in business for at least one year.
• To have no overdue loan balance in any bank or financial institution, no history of non-performing housing loans, and no outstanding balance.
• To be able to pay Down payments or to be paid, proven sources or not financed through debt.
• Get life and property insurance until the end of the loan period.
Apartment being purchased
• The apartment being purchased must be in use or have received a state commission.
• The right to claim ownership of the apartment to a third party has not arisen.
